On rare occasions an object's menu options or scripts can cause a Squeak error and the debugging tool will pop up on screen. This may happen because that action requires something missing or unavailable in your system. Usually you can just press abandon and carry on. You just might not be able to perform that particular action. Renaming scripts or objects without removing references to them in scripts and running those scripts can also cause the debugging tool to appear. You will need to replace those tiles with tiles for the renamed script or object.
If an error persists or your project won't save you may have to open an earlier version of the project. If your image locks up completely you may need to open a process manager such as task manager in Windows and end the Etoys process. When you restart Etoys it should return to a usable state. Then you can try loading in an earlier version of the project and hopefully avoid the issue. You'll likely want to delete the problem version from the system's file manager.
