Some objects such as Holders and Playfields are set to accept other objects by default and this can become a problem when you are working with large objects and scripts on screen. Large objects can be collapsed to the top left corner of the screen but they need to be open to work with them. If you don't need to add any more objects to them, you can disable accept drops in the object's halo menu and then other objects can be dragged freely over them. In most objects, you need to enable accept drops to embed other objects.
Try to keep scripts small by breaking them up into smaller scripts that can be called from other scripts and save screen space by creating and using buttons for scripts you need to run frequently. Buttons are available in the Script Editor menu bar options menu and will automatically be associated with that script.
